Prohibition of False Witness
You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
[Al-Furqān - 72]
﴿ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَشۡهَدُونَ ٱلزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِٱللَّغۡوِ مَرُّواْ كِرَامٗا ﴾ [الفرقان - ٧٢]
[Al-Furqān - 72] And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity.
