Reliance on God
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
[Hūd - 56]
[Hūd - 56] "I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving (living) creature but He has grasp of its forelock. Verily, my Lord is on the Straight Path (the truth).
This verse is relevant because it highlights total dependence on divine wisdom. Islam reaffirms this principle, teaching believers to rely on Allah above all else. By connecting the biblical call for trust in God to Islamic Tawakkul, Muslims demonstrate that this core spiritual attitude transcends later religious divisions.
